Our team of professionals assisted the master developer of this integrated development project in Klang Valley to review the various EOT claims from their contractor. We used numerical EOT assessment techniques to determine the exact delay entitlement due to the contractor.

By applying these in-house techniques developed by our team, we were able to assist the project team in clearing a 2-year back-log of EOT claims and save the Client millions of ringgit.

We were appointed to assist the contractor to monitor progress, address delays and assist to create recovery programs on a regular basis. Scope creep caused by unforeseen external factors required constant project mitigation by our team on the site.

Despite an unfortunate delay in project delivery, we were able to reduce substantial LAD charges with successful EOT claims.

We were engaged by a contractor to a construction site that faced numerous logistics congestion issues. Working together, we successfully realigned progress reports with real-time updates from the field.

Successfully helped the contractor to focus resources on priority tasks that were on the critical path, thus reducing delays to the Project Completion.

The role required us to work with a Lead Superintending Consultant assigned by the owner to help prepare the EPCC baseline program for the project. The initial stage required scheduled monitoring of the design progress based on agreed targets to the various design consultants.

By implementing an online registry system, the team was able to manage and track delivery progress of drawings and documentation from the various sub consultants and ensure timely updates to the work program.

The Malaysian government required a reassessment of infrastructure projects to realign to economic targets. We assisted the government agency to assess the project delivery capabilities and targets of the work program and prepared 3 separate baseline programs based on the different budgetary requirements. The process was enhanced with the use of a time chainage diagram for schedule visualization.

With extensive scenario analysis that resulted in reduced tunnel lengths and lesser resources (tunnel boring machines etc.), we were able to optimize resources and still target the project to be completed on time.

A main contractor secured a contract to complete the balance of works on a delayed project. Our project team was able to prepare a recovery program by creating a new balance of works baseline from the scope and quantities provided.

The new baseline for the rescue package successfully completed ahead of schedule with our detailed recovery and mitigation analysis.

Our project schedulers was appointed by a contractor involved in a project that covered 3 different construction packages each of which presented their own set of challenges. Piling in the sea created many variables that had to be accommodated and delivery of raw materials and precast beams for new road ramps required detailed coordination with traffic and local council.

Project complexity necessitated an EOT claim which Bina Schedulers successfully performed as we were involved from the beginning with detailed records by the team.

Bina Schedulers was appointed as the project scheduling team for a project located within a dense urban area with a lot of advanced work required. Continuous project tracking allowed us to accommodate for delays. However an EOT claim still had to be filed which was converted into an acceleration program to finish by a specific deadline.

Even with difficult conditions we aim to use the best sequence to complete ahead of time. More so when allocating additional resources under the acceleration program.

This mega project involved multiple specialist contractors and a complex work schedule. New developments required the team from Bina Schedulers to do resequencing works while still maintaining control on the project timeline.

Our project control measures were implemented successfully to keep to realistic project deadlines, while our team successfully obtained EOT from the Client to extend the Project Completion Date.
